New Hours post every few weeks

Times for the Telelibrary are released in two rounds.
In the first round, available hours are sent to those at the very top of the waitlist. 72 hours later, an additional set of hours is posted on the website, and every member of the waitlist is notified at once. Demand is high, but if you miss your chance, there's no need to fret. Your spot on the Waitlist will be automatically held, and new Open Hours are coming soon; if you're patient (or quick) enough, your time will come.
